в связи с не предоставлением или несвоевременным или неполным предоставлением персональных данных в государственных реестр кадастровых инженеров.
В заседании квалификационной комиссии принимали участие: Коханова К.В.(ДИО ВО)- председатель комиссии , Николаева (Горенкова) Н.А.(ФГБУ Кадастровая палата ВО) Егарева О.А. (ДИО ВО),- секретарь комиссии, члены комиссии: Соколов В.А., Румянцева Т.С. ,Шадрунова Г.А.- члены СРО НП «ОПКД», Ужегов И.Л.- член СРО НП «Кадастровые инженеры». Отсутствовала: Богомолова Н.А. Кворум для принятии решений имеется.
Выступила председатель комиссии Коханова К.В., которая сообщила , что Росреестр РФ направил для рассмотрения в Департамент имущественных отношений Вологодской области и в Квалификационную комиссию по проведению аттестации на соответствие квалификационным требованиям, предъявляемым к кадастровым инженерам информацию о нарушениях, допущенными 3 кадастровыми инженерами Вологодской области в связи их несвоевременными уведомлениями в государственные органы о своих персональных данных в период с 1 января до 1 апреля 2014 г.
В соответствии с частью 1 статьи 30 Федерального Закона от 24.07.2007 № 221-ФЗ «О государственном кадастре недвижимости»(далее Закона) в период с 1 января до 1 апреля 2014 года кадастровые инженеры обязаны предоставить в органы кадастрового учета уведомление, содержащее сведения (персональные данные) предусмотренные частью 2 ст.30 Закона. При непредставлении указанного уведомления также подлежат применению положения п.5 ч.7 ст.29 Закона (об аннулировании квалификационного аттестата)
На рассмотрении комиссии были вынесены дела следующих кадастровых инженеров.
- Борисова Лидия Николаевна ( ФГУП «Рослесинфорг» — член СРО НП «Кадастровые инженеры») – несвоевременно предоставила сведения о новом трудовом договоре (задержка 12 дней)
- Сухопарова Ирина Евгеньевна ( ФГУП «Рослесинфорг» — член СРО НП «Кадастровые инженеры») – несвоевременно предоставила сведения о новом месте работы (задержка 6 месяцев)
- Богачева Ирина Юрьевна ( ООО «Кипир» г.Вологда) несвоевременно предоставила сведения о новом месте работы (задержка 13 дней)
После обсуждения персональных дел о причинах несвоевременного предостваления сведений, вопрос об аннулировании квалификационных аттестатов Борисовой Л.Н., Сухопаровой И.Е., Богачевой И.Ю был поставлен на открытое голосование .
Результаты голосования: «За» — 3 чел (Коханова,Николаева, Егарева ), «Против» — 4 чел. (Соколов, Шадрунова,Румянцева Ужегов)
