28 февраля 2012 года состоялось заседание квалификационной комиссии Тамбовской области для проведения аттестации на соответствие квалификационным требованиям, предъявляемым к кадастровым инженерам.
В соответствии с пунктом 56 Положения о составе, порядке работы квалификационной комиссии, утвержденного приказом Министерством экономического развития РФ от 22 января 2010 года № 23, в качестве эксперта был приглашен Желябов Сергей Николаевич — директор Тамбовского филиала СРО НП «Объединение профессионалов кадастровой деятельности».
В квалификационную комиссию кадастровой палатой Тамбовской области для рассмотрения обстоятельств, являющихся основанием для аннулирования квалификационных аттестатов кадастровых инженеров, представлены решения об отказах в осуществлении кадастрового учета на пятьдесят кадастровых инженеров. В числе этих кадастровых инженеров были члены нашего СРО НП «ОПКД».
В ходе заседаний квалификационной комиссии были выслушаны все кадастровые инженеры, заслушаны их мнения о причинах отказов в проведении кадастрового учета, о том, являются ли ,на их взгляд, причины отказа правомерными и следствием грубых ошибок, допущенных кадастровыми инженерами. По итогам заседания квалификационной комиссии и в ходе обсуждения докладов кадастровых инженеров и мнений членов комиссии были приняты решения об аннулировании квалификационных аттестатов кадастровых инженеров. Ни один кадастровый инженер член нашего СРО НП «ОПКД» не был лишен квалификационного аттестата.
